Leading Brisbane project management and advisory firm Siecap has welcomed dynamic, veteran project advisor/manager Kerry Huston to its team.

The tertiary-qualified senior executive is armed with more than 15 years’ experience, in both the public and private sectors, across the education, health, energy and infrastructure markets.

In addition, Kerry has extensive experience in major capital construction projects, program management, strategic planning, contract development, project delivery and more.

Kerry’s career highlights include implementing significant, international best-practice methodologies to the Abu Dhabi Municipality and the PNG Ports Corporation.

His strong consultancy background has seen him develop superior problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.

The senior businessman’s areas of expertise include: best-practice program management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects within complex, large-scale portfolios; managing complex projects, with competing priorities and multi-disciplinary teams, in both the public and private sectors; and critically reviewing, dissecting and developing strategies which align with corporate objectives.

His strong transaction management skills also see him excel at providing alternate contract procurement methods to achieve project objectives and RFP and RFT development.
