David Irvine

Chief Executive Officer

David is the CEO at Siecap and has over 20 years’ technical experience as a business improvement and supply chain expert. David has undertaken a number of strategic design projects focusing on optimisation and integration. His technical qualifications include engineering and design solutions for large complex projects, from detailed design and board-level approval through to full implementation. Clients David has worked with include Qantas, Super Retail Group, Downer, BHP, Rio Tinto, Caltex, Thiess, Wesfarmers, Energex, Origin Energy and AGL.

Tim Crossley

Advisory Board

Tim is the former President and Chief Operating Officer at BHP Billiton’s West Australian Iron Ore business and previously held senior positions in BHP Billiton’s manganese and metallurgical coal divisions. He was COO of Gloucester Coal, an ASX-listed diversified coal company producing around 5Mt pa of coal. Tim’s most recent position was as Executive Chairman of Trans Tasman Resources, a development seabed mining and exploration company headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand.

John Henderson

Advisory Board

John has over 35 years’ experience in major and mega project development, which includes executive roles with oil and mining multinationals, as well as mid-tier and startup energy companies. John has been certified as a Practising Project Manager (CPPM) and has a thorough understanding of the theory and application of the entire project management lifecycle. He has spent many years in energy and mining developments across Africa, Southeast Asia and Australasia, holding a range of director, project manager and general manager positions.

Grant Whittaker

Advisory Board

Grant has more than 35 years’ experience in the Australian Commercial Property market. He is a former Director of Knight Frank Australia and Managing Director of Knight Frank Queensland, holding each position for more than 15 years. The commercial office and retail markets have been active sectors for Grant during his career. His experience extends to industrial site identification and acquisition, development planning, lease structuring and investment packaging. Grant has his own property consulting business, built from the extensive contact network he has created throughout his career. He is a qualified property valuer and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
