In June 2016, Siecap proudly welcomed Todd LeBrocque to their specialist project management and advisory firm as a business analyst and supply chain management consultant.
With a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Queensland, along with a Bachelor of Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a cross section of industry experience; Todd is well-equipped to add value to his portfolio of clients in the supply chain, transport, logistics, business improvement and project management arenas.
Todd specialises in financial valuation, cost comparison and consolidation, project engineering, business analytics, cost driver identification and optimisation, as well as industry research and reporting across the resources, supply chain and logistics, transportation and warehousing industries.
Since joining Siecap’s team of highly-skilled consultants, Todd has developed an impressive ability to solve complex problems through resourceful thinking and application of industry knowledge.
“My key strengths lie in an analytical ability to highlight key opportunities through data consolidation and assessment, project management and key stakeholder engagement, identifying strategic business opportunities, and an adaptable and reliable nature,” explains Todd.
When asked about his biggest career achievements to date, Todd points to his team’s successful management of a drilling project in Papua New Guinea, to source and provide water to a drilling operation.
“In addition, I have completed several financial evaluations for projects within a complex portfolio for a client’s upcoming initial public offering. I have also built and provided a financial valuation model for a large client’s feasibility assessment of a high value potential upcoming project, with a very positive reception from the client for exceeding project expectations,” Todd says.
As for the most challenging aspects of his career to date, Todd names the management of numerous deadlines, on multiple on-going projects across various industries, and successfully servicing a diverse range of clients.
