The organisation was looking to refinance a large debt facility to reduce its overall financing cost
In preparation for this, it required a detailed financial model to assess the impact of different financing structure on the business’ financial performance

Developed functionality in the financial model to include, run and assess various financing scenarios

A detailed 3-way financial model, which linked in to the business’ financial reporting process, allowing the model to be used as both a management tool and to assess different financing scenarios
